Due to the recent sub-prime meltdown, many mortgage companies are tightening their lending standards. These tightened standards are making it difficult for many people to obtain loans, which is why Woodhill Homes is now offering a Lease Option.
With a Lease Option the monthly payment on a home is less than a standard mortgage payment; leaving you with more cash at the end of each month. Additionally, a portion of your monthly payment is credited toward your future purchase of the home as equity.
This equity credit is a great benefit to those that are having difficulty obtaining a mortgage difficult lending environment.

“Of the one in five thinking about moving in the next five years, 65 percent indicated a preference for a single family home.”
Why would 65% of those thinking about moving in the next five years prefer to move into a single family home? Well, we can’t know for sure, but here are some possibilities:

One reason why Woodhill Homes loves the Bend-area so much is the diverse choice of events to partake in. One such event that is happening this weekend (October 11 - 14) is the Bendfilm Festival. This is the event’s fourth year and, judging by the selection of films being shown, should be a fun event to attend for the whole family (IndieKids looks particularly appealing for the children).
There are several tickets & passes options, ranging from $6 for screenings being shown before noon to a $265 “Wall to Wall” pass that gives you access to all four days’ worth of screenings along with some added goodies.
