When a client comes to Woodhill with a property they currently own or are interested in purchasing, while also wanting something unique to this property, Custom by Woodhill is the answer. Woodhill Homes will work with you and one of our preferred home designers, architects, and engineers to create something special while keeping things practical from a budget and timing standpoint. You may spend a little more money on your house design but it will be unique to your property and vision. We can take your home from start to finish or from foundation to drywall and can be flexible with the scope of work in most cases.

    • WOODHILL REVIEWS AND HELPS GUIDE PROCESS
  • WOODHILL HOMES RECEIVES ENGINEERED AND FINAL PLANS

  • ENTER INTO CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT WITH WOODHILL HOMES
    • WOODHILL PROVIDES PRELIMINARY BUDGET BASED UPON ENGINEERED AND FINAL PLANS
  • SUBMIT FOR PERMITS (TIMING IS DEPENDENT ON JURISDICTION)

  • WOODHILL HOMES BEGINS CONSTRUCTION ONCE PERMITS ARE RECEIVED AND NEXT AVAILABLE START DATE

  • CONSULATION AGREEMENT WITH WOODHILL HOMES
    • WOODHILL ISSUES A CONSULTATION AGREEMENT
    • ONCE SIGNED, WOODHILL BECOMES YOUR PARTNER IN BUILDING YOUR DREAM HOME AND WILL CREATE THE DESIGN AND BUDGETING PROCESS FOR YOUR PROJECT.
  • CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT WITH WOODHILL IS EXECUTED

  • SUBMIT FOR PERMITS (TIMING IS DEPENDENT ON JURISDICTION)

  • WOODHILL BEGINS CONSTRUCTION ONCE PERMITS ARE RECEIVED AND AT NEXT AVAILABLE START DATE
