Congratulations on the purchase of your new home! Woodhill Homes offers a one year limited warranty on your home (excluding any paint touch up, caulking, and appliances which are covered by the manufacturer). After you move into your new home you may encounter some minor items that need adjustments generally related to settling. We perform a warranty service after living in your home for one year. Please make notes in the upcoming months and, once you have lived in your new home for eleven months, submit your one year warranty request by clicking on the link below. Once we receive your request, Woodhill Homes will contact you to discuss the listed items and schedule your one year warranty service
